Today the 30th of April at Pt England School, Auckland, Mr Goodwin the teacher of room 6 explained to the class about the newest fruit technology it is called makey makey. Mr goodwin Set it up and we watched as how Mr Goodwin played tetris with the little controller. This makey makey kit is based on our term 2 topic for tinkering tools and toys. It can sometimes be fun & cool. Have you got makey makey kit in your school !

Today we were told to write about our current  report article. We looked at different article. Our teacher told us about our makey makey and we had to write about it.

Mr Jacobson is putting the chairs out for the big assembly.

If each row of chairs has 8 chairs in it, how many parents and teachers can Mr Jacobson fit in assembly?

W.A.L.T learn about the Anzacs
Today we had our Anzac Assembly. We had to go through our normal assembly and then  at last we went  to our own war memorial field of remembrance to remember the people

Intro term 2 immersion assembly

First my class and I sat down in the hall and then a pretend helicopter was being Flied by Issa salli one of the prefects it had to have a lot of space. And Also the teachers and prefects started handing out yummy treats like a ham sandwich and carrot sticks. We had been waiting for ages it was fun

After a wild Mr Burt called the 2 Nd item up it was team 2 item about Winnie the pooh. Team 2 had a little movie about Winnie and Tiger making donkey a little shelter house once Winnie the pooh had made the shelter they called donkey and showed it to him, he really liked his new shelter. After the movie had finished the team 2 teachers had come up to the stage and made donkey the same house.

After All the other team items Mr Barks came up and started talking about Hover boards. He talked for a long long time till he introduced his own minion hover board. After a 5 minutes He called up Mr Somerville to come and try it since he really wanted to fly so he sat him on the minions face and got a leaf blower and put in a whole and off the hero went zooming through the stage.

I think our new school topic is interesting, Tinkering tools &  toys. I think Tinkering tools & toys is fun. It looks interesting and cool.
