 This morning was a very special day. The annual speaker Andrew Patterson came to our team 5 and he had talked about different types of things to do with our future. 2 of the main points i liked was The Formula of Success. Try figure this equation out A + I =M
Done. Good job it means Aspiration + Inspiration = Motivation 
Aspiration means what aspires you to do what you do. Inspiration means What inspires you or who inspires you to do things and finally put it together Motivation is what motivates you to get up and work. Quote : if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life - Marc Anthony and A.I.M Means AIM for success. the second thing I found interesting was be a giver, giver means being generous and not being greedy. And taker means Greedy and does not care about others thank you andrew for coming to talk it was really beneficial.

My Last Immersion Assembly, 32 Immersion Assembly's  which I have attended in Pt England School. An My last one was today. And I have to say today's one would have to be the best cause this is one I would never forget. A Bit of an insight of what  a immersion assembly is. The Immersion Assembly is a is a way to start off the terms. It is also a way to interest the students about this term. 

Three of my favourites would  have to be team 3, 4 and 5. Well probably because it more Mature for year 7 & 8 students. I Liked team 3's item because It was funny, had good acting and was a lot of fun to watch. Team 4 for me was  a like any other item, but was more fun to watch. Team 4's Item was a carpool karaoke and was super funny, It was based on music changing their mood. The last one of my favourite is team 5's because team 5 teachers are the best. Team 5's item was based on how different types of songs can change the way a movie scene is. So those are my favourite items. I am really looking forward to this term and what it has to give.

My opinion on the year 7 and 8 team

This week the year 7 and 8 students had a normal week, We could not imagine how fast this week had past by. School is nearly over and the holidays are almost in. The Year 7 and 8 block is a amazing learning environment with almost up to 150 kids. We are a year 7 and 8 team with very talented kids. Year 7 and 8 is the time were you change your life and the are pretty much close to it. 

They have done amazing at being flexible and showing what awesome looks like. Year 7 and 8 has a lot of new and exiting things. Every day Is amazing in a this block and some of the reasons are making new connections helping others. Kids at year 7 and 8 start making there own minds up ether the bad way or the way that leads to more success. 

Teachers help kids learn and be on the right path the teachers have done just that. The year is going super fast and the seniors are almost at the end close to becoming a young adult. year 7 students have just started. 

The teachers have done good and I think it is time for the students to make us proud.

My Olympic Games Narrative story

      Olympic Games

Have you heard have the Olympics? it is this year held in Rio de Janeiro it is in Brazil. Here is A little Narrative story.

“The Olympic Games are under away in Rio,” said the host. The Quarter finals Mixed with Men’s and Women's Mythical Gymnastics at the Rio Olympics 2016. “ And the Competitors are, JAMAICAN BOLT, Jamaica, Paul Stevens, Russian, Lucas Gustavo, Brazil”. “ And the Girls Lopez Loyd, American, Jennifer Brown, Australian. And Me the Host Anthony Point Jack”.

The athletes are ready, 10 min before something bad happend to some of the players. Loyd had some kind of poison in his sports drink, Lucas Gustavo had a tummy ache because he had some cockroaches in his tuna salad. All the others were spewing up except one person Paul Stevens. Paul Stevens Had done everything so he could win the gold medal. The Host did not know and the supporters were worried they might have not turned up.

After a time lapse of waiting a doctor had appeared in the stadium and had situated within the stadium. He had come down to the sideline with the other medics. The host said “ Would you guys be able to check up on the competitors?” The Medic said, “Sure why not” so they took off to the changing room. They  Had gone to the mens and womens changing and found the athletes lying on the ground holding their tummy. The medic quickly called the ambulance on 193 and while that happend the medic told the host about what had happend. The host said “ the games have been postponed till friday”, And then the host said, “ Be aware of Paul Stevens".

The athletes were in the hospital and were given medication to help the disease go away. It took them 3 days to get back in position and the games had carried on.   

Hope you can make it to the Olympics one day. Also you will make it only if you believe in yourself.

Discription of learning:
Today I had Written a Narrative story based on the rio olyimpics which are coming up in a few days. As you know there are a lot of problems in Rio at the moment, So I tried to make it based on the problems. Hope you enjoy.

Fear Factor challenge ( plan and Intro )

The Fear Factor is coming to room 6 in Point England school. 4 contestants will go head to head in a series of

stuff that no humans have ever eaten. They will drink stuff that they have never drinked. This is the next fear

Factor. This morning get out of bed and on tv start watching it.

L&P Chocolate NOT MY TYPE !

Food Review

Whitaker white chocolate and L&P Chocolate do not go together it taste yuck, it taste like I’m going to spew on my Chromebook it is not my type have chocolate.

The Whitaker's L&P chocolate is white and has a grizzling taste. the king bite L&P chocolate is only available at the supermarket for only $4.30. the product contains fresh dairy milk and taste like popping candy.

When i first tasted the chocolate I just could not wait to swallow the L&P chocolate it tasted like i was eating and drinking oranges and milk at the same time it was well below standard. It looked in shape like a big square block. It also smelt like Cold egg coated L&P straight from the fridge. It felt like squishing a egg yauk out have it’s shell it was melting in my hand. I could barely taste a thing by that popping taste i would never want to taste it ever again.

If I was making the L&P Chocolate first improvement i will to the chocolate will be take the L&P popping taste and add in rocky road crumb and add Vanilla ice cream. i will change the chocolate colour to brown and add sprinkles to pretty it up and i will lower the price. It will be yum.

I would not recommend eating L&P chocolate because it might not be suitable for your age. You guys might like it but not me, My rate is 3 out of 10 ⚽⚽⚽.

Intro

If I had a million Dollars at the mall it will be so awesome i could just grab anything i want to buy it without having to look at price tags, it will be a dream come true. I will buy a audi R8 and own a soccer field, buy  myself a mansion with my butler who will serve me. Million Dollars will be fun i because can travel anywhere you like.

Toyworld

If I had a million dollars and i had gone to toyworld i would get two nerf guns a mgp, a remote control helicopter with a waterproof camera that records what is happening in the air. A skateboard i will even buy a army force plane that is remote controlled. I will buy every single remote control cars, plane and helicopters for myself. I will just show off with my toys.

Footlocker

If i had a million Dollars and i had gone to foot locker i would probably buy the latest nike shoes. 10 vans, 8 converse, 15 nikes, 3 pumas, 5 adidas shoes and  3 of  the latest DC shoes. Also for my football gear i will buy 6 nike mercurial superfly boots, 3 nike tiempo legend and 4 nike hypervenom boots all just for me.

Rebel sport

If i had a million Dollars and I had to buy sports gear for my next football season I would go to the nike shop in botany and say i need “ 2 nike hypervenoms , 2 nike livenbro air breathable shin guards, a captain's armband and a adidas 2014 official brazuca ball and I will be jam packed enough ready for my game.

Conclusion

It could have been really really fun having a million dollars but however I had just been selfish and kept everything to myself I was not financially responsible. But if I did have A million dollars i will spend it on house bills, grocery, i will buy my mum and dad a new car, give them a new house and some money. And if if have got left over money I will give the rest of  the money to charity for clothes and food. It’s not like i’m going to buy 20 football boots 15 liven bro shin-guard and 3 captain armbands and buy ten vans that will be selfish! now that’s what you call financially responsible. 

My Amazing superhero writing

If I had super powers  it will have to be speed because whenever I play my favourite sport soccer Without killing them I can just zoom through them that they won’t even notice I have just scored a goal. If I was late to school and only have 4 minutes left i can just zoom through the road, up the hill and through the gate without being tired and have my breakfast on the way. I think super speed is super cool so i can beat usain bolt and be in the movie flash.  

My speed  capability would feel like I have just come out of the galaxy . Speed capability would look like a Thunder striking on the rock bottom ground.  My super powers is speed whenever you're late to your game dash hard out and you will be there by 1 min.

I would use my super capability to save people's  life when death strikes like a earthquake or a tornado,it will be my job to look after New Zealand. If i had my speed capability i will use them on villains and burning house to get people to shelter as instantly as possible. “I will save New Zealand!!”.

I think having Speed ability is cool because you don’t have to care about getting to school on time. I think having superpowers is awesome because

Discription:

Today we learnt how to write effective paragraph's using juicy word's. Me and my class had to write about our favourite super power's, my favourite super power was speed I chose speed because it is fun and cool. At the end of our writing session we had to partner up my partner is Omari then what we did each others and was read each others writing , after that we had been given a rubric witch is on the top we had to mark each others.

Super Mario World - Writing

Intro:  “Mario is a old 1985 arcade game that was the most populous of all times they also made different versions of it”. “Some of the mario versions are super Mario world, “Mario is so famous Nintendo and game boy club have even brought it to their own gaming world”. check out Mario gaming it is a fun game to play”.

Aim:  The Aim of  the game is to survive all the levels, and dodge the evil Mushroom monsters. Every time you touch a little square mystery box a white red-dotted mushroom will fall down, and every time you collect the mushroom your Mario will double in size. Sometimes if you see a yellow happy star, collect it and it because it is required to complete the level. If you touch the  Mushroom monster you will die, and you will have to repeat the same level over and over again till you get it.

Mario:  Mario is a little guy in different Mario game versions, he has a red hat with a extra white dot and a M on his hat. He also wears a blue all in one overall, he has Blue glimmering eyes And A big black must ache but he is quite short. He is from Italy. Mario is the little guy who goes on a  adventure to fight evil Mushroom monsters on each level.  

Controls:  How you play super Mario world.  Arrows :  right arrow is to move forward, top arrow is to jump up. Also P is for pause, M is for mute, Ctrl q is to quit the game. To kill the Evil Mushroom Monsters, is when they come towards you you  just click the top arrow and jump on top of them. Advice: Kill the Enemies by jumping on them so it is easier to get the mushrooms from the mystery box .

Conclusion:  I think super Mario world is for everyone to play anywhere any time.”I recommend this game for everyone to play at home”. For the first half and hour you will be

so addicted to it you will want to play everyday, it is a cool game and it is very interactive go online and check it out the cool game.

Today we learnt how to write a effective paragraph with in 3 minutes. To write a effective paragraph you need to have punctuation checked, 3 to 4 sentences in each paragraph and also check cap lock.

Winter is coming Adults command the school principal to close schools on rainy day.

Winter is coming to Auckland so be aware. Don’t be in the rain winter is one have the coldest season ever you can get sick easily.

Winter is cool but you can be cold.

Winter is snowy most of the times (Just make snowman after the rain) , stay out of the rain and you will be fine. That’s why Always come to school on rainy days with spare uniforms shoes and sock (raincoats) Are recommended for kids.

Pt England school student can be affected by the rain. Some ways Pt England students can be Affected is by getting the flu.

Adam A Pt England student who likes to read books says

“ we we should not have school on rainy days” he says because we will get sick and might end up into a flu, While on the other hand Danielle a friend of mine who likes to play soccer says “ School should be open because We can still learn and have fun. Danielle has told me some tip here they go you could put extra raincoats and an umbrella that won’t buckle in the rain.

Today we learnt how to write a cold winter news style report.
